Many of the largest metropolitan statistical areas in the US have a large chance of having home price declines in the next 2 years (i.e. Riverside, CA has a 94% chance and Las Vegas has an 89% chance). Conversely, Dallas and Fort Worth metro areas are considered the LEAST RISKY with only less than 1% chance of price declines over the next 2 years. The Frisco Fire Department offers CPR classes twice each month free of charge to Frisco residents and those employed here. The four-hour classes are typically held the first and third Wednesday of each month.
